Who are we?
PortPlus helps people without legal documentation to find work in the Port of Rotterdam through reskilling and training programs. The company collaborates with logistics firms to address the shortage of over 8,000 vacancies in the sector. By bringing together motivated companies and ambitious candidates, PortPlus offers a solution for hard-to-fill vacancies. They offer an eight-week course where candidates gain work experience four days a week at a company and attend classes one day a week. Upon completion, candidates receive a recognized certificate from STC, and if the collaboration goes well, they can be hired full-time by the company they trained with.
