PortPlus is an initiative by two ambitious entrepreneurs focused on addressing the labor shortage in Rotterdam's port and industrial sectors. With an innovative approach, they help companies find the right employees, effectively bridging the gap and filling vacancies together.
GET TO KNOW PORTPLUS
PortPlus wants to retrain people and/or offer training to give them the (paid) opportunity to work within the port of Rotterdam. With the initiative, PortPlus wants to solve the shared problem of more than 8,000 open vacancies within this sector, together with logistics companies where these candidates will work.
